Next, we'll jump into our design software and begin your 3D design to bring your vision to life. This is the fun part! After getting to know your vision and overall lifestyle, it's time for us to work our magic and create a design you will love. After we've created the design concept, we will either video conference together to do a walk-through via screenshare of our design program - or we will send over a couple rendering photos.

With the design concept finalized, we'll create detailed construction plans describing all dimensions, materials, landscaping, etc. These plans can be used for HOA approval, building permit approvals, and more. If your project requires structural engineering, we will point you in the right direction to get those types of calculations and schedules before you continue onto construction. Your contractor may also be a great resource for this!

Seamless handoff of your design package from us to you & your contractor to begin building. If you need a mediator between you and your contractor, be sure to mention that during our communications.
