Discovery
Let's get an idea of your design style, inspiration, budget, and how you envision your space.
The more information and details you can relay, the better! We use this time to truly hear our client dream up their perfect space. No detail is too little or overlooked.
Knowing your style helps us curate the best furniture, materials, and maintenece options. Know your project budget ensures we propose a realistic and practical plan.
Design
Next, we'll jump into our design software and begin your 3D design visualization to plan your project aesthetically & spatially.
This is the fun part! After getting to know your vision and overall lifestyle, it's time for us to work our magic and create a design you will love.
Upon creating the design concept, we can either walk-through the design together via screenshare or send you a link to view the design presentation at your own pace.
Finalization
With the design concept finalized and any revisions completed, we will create detailed construction plans describing all dimensions, materials, landscaping, etc.
These plans can be used for HOA approval, building permit approvals, and more.
If your project requires structural engineering, we will point you in the right direction to get those types of calculations and schedules before you continue onto construction. Your contractor may also be a great resource for this!

Construction
Seamless handoff of your design package from us to you and your contractor to begin building.
The design package includes: several rendering photos of your design, the video walkthrough, site plan with specifications, and the confidence knowing exactly how your project will look once completed!
