This is a great question! Let's start with what is the purpose of a revision - this happens when the design or site plan has already been approved, finalized and sent to you. Maybe during construction you realize you want a bigger wet deck in the swimming pool, in this case you are covered! We offer one revision included in the eDesign package. Any revisions after that will be a $40 fee.

If you want to add-on to your design or site plan a year later because you are finally ready to tackle "that one" project, no problem! Reach out to us before booking online.

"There's no time like the present!" Actually, starting construction in the late summer to early autumn months will generally give you the best experience. Depending on your project, remodeling your swimming pool for example, ought to be completed after summer when it is no longer in use. However, you should begin designing and vetting your contractors months in advance to prepare and be well informed of all upcoming stages.

Before starting a design, we would love to get to know you and what your goals and visions are for the project through a consultation. After understanding the general direction, we curate a 3D rendering based on any themes, wishes, and inspirational images you provide. In some cases, clients are not sure what they want logistically, but they know how they want to "feel" when they step outside and into their new space. We will offer suggestions or examples and then work our magic!

Depending on scheduling, current project volumes, project complexities, and if we have all the information we need to create you a beautifully orchestrated design, it will vary. On average, 7 to 10 days for a beginning to end process. Please be sure to let us know prior if you are under any deadlines. We respect your time and will always do our best to provide you with quality.
